We started with a simple belief: business owners deserve more than a tax return.

In 1997, Fitzpatrick, Bongiovanni & Kelly opened its doors in South Jersey with a conviction that has remained the same for three decades — that great accounting isn’t about compliance, it’s about clarity. The right financial partner doesn’t just tell you what happened last year; they help you decide what happens next.

What began as a CPA firm grew into something bigger. As our clients grew, their questions changed — from “did we file correctly?” to “should we expand?”, “can we afford this hire?”, “what is this business actually worth?”

So, we built the answers: a full advisory practice, and eventually CFO On Demand — an outsourced finance department for owners ready to think like strategists. Today, FBK is a single firm with a full suite of services, from foundational accounting to CFO-level strategy, all under one roof.

Through it all, one thing remains constant: an obsession with our clients’ success. We treat every individual and business owner as a partner — because your wins are how we measure ours.
